01Booking & Paymentالحجز والدفع

English

  • Full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.
  • No booking is guaranteed without payment.
  • Payment must be made within 3 hours of receiving the payment link, or the studio reserves the right to cancel and rebook the slot without notice.
  • Payment serves as confirmation that you have read and agreed to all studio terms and policies.

  • يجب دفع المبلغ كاملاً مقدماً لتأكيد الحجز.
  • لا يتم تأكيد أي حجز دون الدفع.
  • يجب إتمام الدفع خلال ٣ ساعات من استلام رابط الدفع، وإذا لم يتم الدفع خلال هذه المدة، يحق للاستوديو إلغاء الحجز وإعادة جدولة الموعد دون إشعار.
  • يعتبر الدفع موافقة رسمية على جميع الشروط والتعليمات المذكورة.
02Cancellation & Reschedulingالإلغاء وتغيير الموعد

  • Cancellations are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Rescheduling is not allowed once payment is made.
  • Exceptions may be considered in emergency cases but are not guaranteed.

  • لا يتم استرجاع المبلغ أو إلغاء الحجز تحت أي ظرف.
  • لا يسمح بتغيير الموعد بعد الدفع.
  • يمكن النظر في بعض الحالات الطارئة، لكن لا يوجد ضمان بإعادة الجدولة.
03Booking Time & Overtime Policyوقت الحجز وسياسة الوقت الإضافي

  • Clients must adhere strictly to their scheduled booking time.
  • Your booked time includes setup, shooting, packing, and clearing the space.
  • Early access is not permitted.
  • If a client exceeds their time by more than 10 minutes, an automatic 1-hour extension at 40 KD will be charged, even if the shoot is stopped.
  • The studio must be fully cleared of all people and belongings within the booked time.
  • The person who made the booking is responsible for ensuring their team exits on time.

  • يجب الالتزام التام بالوقت المحجوز.
  • يشمل وقت الحجز: التحضير، التصوير، ترتيب المعدات، والإخلاء الكامل للموقع.
  • لا يسمح بالدخول المبكر حتى لو كان الاستوديو شاغراً.
  • في حال تجاوز الوقت المحجوز بأكثر من ١٠ دقائق، يتم فرض تمديد تلقائي لمدة ساعة واحدة بتكلفة ٤٠ دينار كويتي، حتى وإن لم يستكمل التصوير.
  • يجب إخلاء الاستوديو بالكامل خلال الوقت المحدد، ويتحمل صاحب الحجز مسؤولية خروج جميع الأفراد والمعدات.
04Staff Assistanceمساعدة الفريق

  • Our trained team is available to assist with lighting, backgrounds, steaming, and basic setup.
  • Clients must follow staff instructions for safety and smooth operation.

  • فريقنا مدرب لتقديم الدعم في الإضاءة، الخلفيات، كي الملابس، وتجهيز المعدات الأساسية.
  • يرجى التعاون مع طاقم الاستوديو واتباع تعليماتهم لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
05Cleanliness & Damageالنظافة والأضرار

  • Clients are responsible for keeping the space clean.
  • Any damage to studio property or equipment will be charged to the client.
  • No food or drinks are allowed near equipment.

  • العميل مسؤول عن نظافة المكان بعد الانتهاء من الحجز.
  • في حال حدوث أي ضرر بالمعدات أو الممتلكات، يتحمل العميل تكاليف الإصلاح أو التعويض.
  • يمنع تناول الطعام أو الشراب بالقرب من معدات التصوير.
06Guest Policy & Capacity Limitsعدد الضيوف وسعة الاستوديو

  • Guest limits depend on the type of booking.
  • Clients must notify us in advance if more guests will attend.
  • Children under 10 are not allowed unless they are part of the shoot.

  • يعتمد عدد الأفراد المسموح به على نوع الحجز.
  • يجب إبلاغنا مسبقاً في حال زيادة عدد الضيوف عن المسموح به.
  • لا يسمح بدخول الأطفال تحت سن ١٠ سنوات إلا إذا كانوا جزءاً من التصوير.
07Studio Property Useاستخدام ممتلكات الاستوديو

  • Do not move or remove any furniture, props, or equipment without permission.
  • Backdrops, floors, and walls must be kept clean and undamaged.
  • The cyclorama wall may only be used barefoot or with approved clean footwear.

  • يمنع تحريك أو إزالة الأثاث، المعدات أو الديكورات دون إذن من الفريق.
  • يجب المحافظة على نظافة الجدران، الأرضيات، والخلفيات.
  • لا يسمح بالدخول إلى حائط السيكلوراما إلا بالأقدام الحافية أو بأحذية نظيفة ومصرح بها مسبقاً.
08Safety & Conductالسلامة والسلوك

  • The studio reserves the right to terminate any session for unsafe or disrespectful behavior.
  • Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

  • يحتفظ الاستوديو بالحق في إيقاف أي جلسة تصوير في حال وجود سلوك غير مهني أو مخل بالسلامة.
  • يمنع منعاً باتاً التدخين، شرب الكحول أو استخدام أي مواد ممنوعة داخل الاستوديو.
09Client Responsibilityمسؤولية العميل

English

  • Clients are responsible for all personal belongings and the conduct of their team.
  • The studio is not liable for any lost or damaged items.

  • العميل مسؤول عن ممتلكاته الشخصية، وسلوك الضيوف أو الفريق المرافق له.
  • الاستوديو غير مسؤول عن فقدان أو تلف أي أغراض شخصية.
10Agreement & Acknowledgementالإقرار والموافقة

English

  • By making payment, the client agrees to all rules and terms.
  • Violating these terms may result in penalties or denial of future bookings.

  • بإتمام الدفع، يعتبر العميل موافقاً على جميع الشروط والسياسات المذكورة.
  • أي خرق لهذه الشروط قد يؤدي إلى غرامات مالية أو حظر من الحجز المستقبلي.
11Surveillance Camerasالكاميرات والمراقبة

  • Security cameras are installed to protect the studio and equipment.
  • Cameras are only directed at common areas and equipment.
  • No private or changing areas are monitored.
  • Footage is only reviewed upon client request or if a problem occurs.

  • يحتوي الاستوديو على كاميرات مراقبة لأغراض السلامة وحماية الممتلكات.
  • جميع الكاميرات موجهة نحو مناطق التصوير والمعدات فقط.
  • لا توجد كاميرات في المناطق الخاصة أو التي تتطلب خصوصية.
  • يتم الرجوع إلى التسجيلات فقط في حال حدوث مشكلة أو بطلب من العميل.
12Extra Time / Booking Extensionوقت إضافي / تمديد الحجز

  • If a client wants to extend their session and the slot is available, they must contact booking staff via WhatsApp at least 20 minutes before their time ends.
  • A payment link will be sent and must be paid before the original time ends for the extension to be confirmed.
  • Delayed payment may result in denial of the extension.

  • في حال رغبة العميل بتمديد الوقت، وكان الموعد التالي متاحاً، يجب التواصل مع موظف الحجز عبر واتساب قبل نهاية الوقت بـ ٢٠ دقيقة على الأقل.
  • سيتم إرسال رابط دفع ويجب إتمام الدفع قبل نهاية الوقت الأصلي ليتم تأكيد التمديد.
  • عدم الدفع في الوقت المحدد قد يؤدي إلى رفض التمديد حتى لو كان الوقت متاحاً.
